Jumliz & Testimony provides freshly prepared, perishable culinary items. Because our food is made-to-order specifically for your event, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances once the food has been prepared.

This allows you to verify the condition and quality of your order, ensuring it meets your expectations. Discrepancies: Any claims regarding missing items or incorrect orders must be made at the time of transfer. * Quality Concerns: If a quality issue is discovered later, it must be reported within 1 hour of receipt with photographic evidence. Once an order is placed, we begin sourcing premium ingredients and scheduling our kitchen team.
Catering Trays: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time.
Large Events: Deposits for large-scale catering are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we require at least 7 days' notice, and your deposit may be applied to a future date at our discretion.
We take pride in serving food at the peak of its flavor and temperature.
If a customer is more than 45 minutes late for a scheduled pickup at 921 W Commerce St, we cannot guarantee the temperature or texture of the food.
No refunds or replacements will be provided for quality issues resulting from late pickups or delayed consumption.
5. Refund Limitations
Should a resolution be required, Jumliz & Testimony reserves the right to offer a replacement of the item or a store credit toward a future feast. Cash or credit card refunds are only issued at the sole discretion of management in extreme cases of service failure.
