    • How do I place a catering order?

      You can request a quote through our Catering Request Form or call us directly. Once we confirm your menu and event details, we will send an invoice. Your date is officially secured once the deposit or full payment is received.

    • How far in advance should I book?

      For large events (100+ guests), we recommend 4 weeks' notice. For standard party trays, 48 to 72 hours is usually sufficient.

    • Can I request a tasting before booking?

      Yes! We offer tasting sessions for large-scale catering contracts. Contact us to schedule a time to visit our Dallas kitchen and experience the quality of our signature dishes firsthand.

    • Do you offer individual meal prep or just catering trays?

      Our primary focus is on Catering Trays and Event Service. However, for corporate offices or recurring events, we can discuss custom individual meal packages. Reach out via our contact form for a tailored quote.

  • The Menu & Dietary Needs

    • How do I choose the right amount of food?

      As a general rule, a Half Tray serves 10–12 guests, and a Full Tray serves 20–25. If you are hosting a "Swallow" heavy menu, we suggest adding extra sides of assorted meats to ensure everyone is fully satisfied.

    • Are your dishes safe for those with nut allergies?

      While we take extreme care to prevent cross-contamination, our kitchen does process traditional ingredients. Please explicitly list any life-threatening allergies on your order form so our chefs can take extra precautions.

    • Can you make the Jollof Rice less spicy?

      We honor the traditional Nigerian heat, but we can adjust our "Pepper Base" for most rice dishes. You can choose from Mild, Medium, or Traditional (Spicy) levels to suit your guests' palates.

    • Do you offer Vegan or Vegetarian options?

      Absolutely. Our menu includes vibrant vegan-friendly Jollof, Moin-Moin, and various vegetable-based stews. We believe every guest, regardless of diet, deserves a delicious testimony of our culture.

  • Logistics: Pickup & Delivery

    • Where and when can I pick up my order?

      Pickups are located at our kitchen: 921 W Commerce St, Dallas, TX. You will select a specific 30-minute window during checkout. Please arrive on time to ensure your food is at its peak temperature.

    • What are your delivery fees within DFW?

      Delivery fees are based on the distance from our 921 W Commerce St location. We deliver within a 50-mile radius. Rates are calculated automatically at checkout or included in your custom catering proposal.

    • Do you provide setup and serving staff?

      Yes. We offer "Full-Service Catering" which includes professional setup, chafing dishes, and uniformed servers. This is a separate service tier from our "Drop-off/Pickup Trays."

    • How is the food packaged for transport?

      All tray orders are sealed in heavy-duty, food-grade aluminum containers and placed in secure transport boxes to retain heat and prevent spills during your drive.

  • Payments & Policies

    • What is your policy on last-minute changes?

      We can usually accommodate minor additions (like adding an extra tray) up to 72 hours before the event. However, we cannot decrease the order size or guest count once the final invoice has been paid.

    • Why are catering deposits non-refundable?

      Once you book, we turn down other potential clients for that date and begin the administrative work of planning your menu. The deposit covers this commitment and our overhead costs.

    • What happens if my event is cancelled due to weather?

      In the event of extreme weather or "Acts of God," we will do our best to work with you to reschedule your feast to a new date within 90 days, subject to our availability.

    • How do I report an issue with my order?

      Per our Return & Refund Policy, any concerns regarding quality or accuracy must be reported with photographic evidence within 1 hour of receipt. This allows us to address the issue immediately.
